Booking: Booking is only accepted via phone number (see services page) or Instagram messages. No other outlets will be permitted

Late policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be given the time remaining. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment is considered canceled and you will be considered a no show. (See No-show and broken appointment section). Additionally, if you scheduled for an hour appointment slot and decide to only get a 30 minute session, you will still be charged for the time that you initially scheduled.

​Give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation: If you must change your appointment, at least 24-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee is 50% of the session you scheduled (if you scheduled an hour and the current rate is $85, it will be $42.50). Cancellations in less than 24 hour, calling the day of and no shows will be responsible for the missed appointment fee. The charges will go on the credit card you gave when scheduling your appointment or you can pay a different way. If you were using a gift card , it is now VOID and considered redeemed. 

"No-shows" and broken appointments: After TWO broken appointments, clients will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments in advance without pre-payment. After the first broken appointment that is not paid for, you will be dismissed from Beautybyash Headspa, with no exceptions. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee with the card on file. If a card was not given before the service, the appointment will be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment. 

​Gift certificates: You must present your card at time of visit or you will be charged the cost of the session. If you fail to give 24 hour notice when canceling or changing an appointment, you will lose the gift card. It is now VOID and considered redeemed. Please read all fine print and legal terms on cards. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Can not be replaced if lost or stolen. They must be used in full, no cash back. The amount originally paid will be the amount redeemed. If you choose to upgrade your appointment or prices have changed since purchase, you will be responsible for the difference.

Sickness: If you are sick, you should reschedule. If you are suffering from fever, severe burns, fungal infection, ring worm, shingles, poison ivy, open wounds on scalp, neck or shoulders, diseases,  or any other form of widespread skin rash/irritation, please refrain from booking a session or call to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. If you woke up with it, call and text right away.

​Pregnant women:  Clients must inform the cosmetologist of their pregnancy. Headspas will be performed using appropriate positioning and techniques designed for pregnancy. A doctor's clearance may be required if there are complications related to the pregnancy. 

Dismissal: The cosmetologist reserves the right to dismiss a client if needed without reason or cause. The cosmetologist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue headspas at any time if there are concerns regarding the client's health, comfort or safety.

​Sexual misconduct: Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, gestures, exposure, or behavior during a session will not be tolerated. The session will be immediately terminated, full payment will be required, and the client will be permanently dismissed from receiving future services. Law enforcement will be called if necessary. Do not "hint" or make suggestions that are in reference to sexual conduct. Any such statements will be noted in your client record and may be shared with other cosmetologists and/or law enforcement.

​Policy & price changes: Policies, services, and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

​Payment: Payment is due at time of service.  Apple Pay, Cash app, cash and any credit/debit cards are acceptable. There is a cash price, see price page. Credit/debit cards have a surcharge added to payments.

Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, medications, or changes in health prior to EACH session. It is the client's responsibility to notify the Cosmetologist of any and all changes. Headspa is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes and is not a substitute for medical care. 

Phone and respect: Please limit phone time during your headspa as products are used close to the eyes. The cosmetologist is not responsible for any products that get into the eyes while they are open.

​Minors: Children are not allowed in the treatment room unless they are getting a service. We do not have a waiting room, and there are no sitters available.  Clients under 18 must have written parental consent and a parent/guardian present, if applicable.

​Personal belongings:  You are responsible for keeping up with your personal belongings before, during, and after your session. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The cosmetologist and business are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items inside the business or in your vehicle.
